Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb,

First of all I would like to say thank you to our god, Allah SWT, who has given us the merciful and blesses in our life.

And the second, the salutation be upon to our prophet, Muhammad SAW, who brings us from the darkness into the lightness until the judgment day.

 Now in this lovely occasion I would like to deliver my speech which “8 Tips How To Keep Healthy Our Eye”:

“8 Tips How To Keep Healthy Our Eye”

The eye is one of vital organ in our body that are very valuable.  As we know that, the eye is used to see the object. So that is why eyes can not bought by a lot of money you have if you were sick or have problems of your eyes.

The question is, “is there any tips for us to keep it stay healthy on hetting the better life in the future?” The answer is “yes, of course”.  So many problems and diseases like farsightedness, presbyopy, myopia, and also hypermetropia. For the more details to maintain healthy eyes are:

  • First is how you keep your eyes on companions.

The distant of your sight is the first factor on how your eyes would be in the future. A lot of children or students in the elementary level who has thy hypermetropia, myiopia, and other problem. Just because they do read so close or so far. Or they use the Personal computer or playing game on gadgets in the dark place.

Try reading a book on the ideal distance. The ideal distance is that reading a book at a distance of 30 cm from the eye to the book. This is to prevent eye diseases such as myopia or nearsightedness.

  • Bad habits

Try not to read any text book or in a state while sleeping. It also can make eye health can be affected by disturbed as myopia.

  • Un-sufficient lighting.

Do not use the lighting is too dim when studying or reading any of it. because less light can disturb eye health.

  • Rest your eyes.

Try to rest my eyes, when it was too long in front of a computer or laptop screen while working on a task or activity on a computer or laptop. It is also very important to maintain the health of your eyes.

  • Do I checked Eyes.

Try not rubbed his eyes, when hands are dirty or exhausted holding some object. Because dirty hands can infect the eye organ that would cause serious harm to the health of your eyes.

  • Eye Blink.

Try to wink with a little added intensity, when the focus is too long to see something like a computer or laptop.

  • Food For Eyes.

Try to eat foods that are very good for eye health. In this case, the carrots are foods that are best for eye health, because it contains vitamin A which is very good for eye health.
